In 2022, stages I and II of the beautiful Kalaranna Quarter were completed, where we, as a subcontractor for Nordecon, built the ventilation system for both the buildings and the parking floor. Now, Hiieko is ready with the ventilation works for stage III. The last stage of Kalaranna Quarter, which is being built by the developer itself, consists of the parking floor and four new buildings.
The ventilation and smoke extraction system for the parking floor with 60 spaces has been completed. The parking area uses Wolf ventilation equipment supplied by Airwave, which has the advantage of a long service life and reliability.
Separate ventilation solutions have been installed in both the apartments and the commercial premises on the ground floor, for a total of 12,700 m². For example, Flexit ventilation equipment is used in the apartments, the operation of which is optimized using carbon dioxide sensors – each apartment is ventilated according to real needs. In addition, the user can change the air flow rate and temperature from the apartment’s touch-screen control panel. Komfovent equipment for ventilation of the general areas of the buildings was supplied by BVT Partners.
Currently, there are still some final works remaining, which depend on the construction of the last apartments, and very soon this modern residential area with unparalleled views will be completely finished.
The developer, as well as the main contractor of Kalaranna Quarter’s Stage III, is Pro Kapital. The ventilation system has been designed by Innopolis Engineering, and it is being built by AS Hiieko. Many thanks to our partners for great cooperation!
